The small medieval coastal town of Brseč is located in the Kvarner Bay. The town is enriched with historical monuments, such as the church situated on a steep cliff, providing a beautiful view of the bay. One of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic, Klančac Beach, surrounded by rocks and crystal-clear sea, is only 2 km away from Villa Maru. Just a short drive away is the port, ideal for visiting the islands of Cres and Lošinj.
On the well-maintained property, guests have access to a 50 m2 pool open from May 1st to October 31st, a covered terrace with seating, a barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, a vegetable garden, and private parking with a garage. Near the house, several cycling and hiking trails lead to the Učka Nature Park and the highest point of Mount Učka, Vojak (1401 m). With a capacity of 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, the villa offers everything you need for an enjoyable holiday with your loved ones.
The fenced property offers complete privacy and creates a peaceful environment for your stay.
The pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower, is the perfect place to relax with a breathtaking view . Enjoy your stay on the outdoor terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining area and private vegetable garden.
Villa Maru extends over three floors with a total living space of 500 m².
On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and two double bedrooms.
On the first floor, there are a total of four bedrooms.
All rooms are extremely spacious, air-conditioned and have their own balcony with a sea view and their own bathroom.
In the basement there is a garage for two cars, a room for sharing moments with a darts board, tables for table tennis and table football, pool table and a wine cellar.
On the ground floor, with a separate entrance near the swimming pool there is a sauna with a private bathroom.

Villa Maru
Die Villa Maru bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar und sprechen ausgezeichnetes Englisch und Deutsch. Vielen Dank Ivana und Renato für eure Gastfreundschaft.
Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zu den Balkonen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, in ausreichenden Mengen für eine große Gruppe (zweiter Kühlschrank im Keller vorhanden). Dank Abstellraum neben der Küche und Vorratsraum im Keller gibt es ausreichend Stauraum. Im Spielekeller können sich die Kinder bei Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Billiard und Darts austoben.
Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet genug Möglichkeiten für Bewegung, u.a. ist ein Badmintonnetz vorhanden. Parkplätze inkl. einer Garage sind ebenfalls ausreichend verfügabr. Das Highlight ist der große Pool und die Außenküche mit zusätzlichen Gaskochstellen und dem großen Holzgrill. Während unsere Aufenthalts waren gerade die Tomaten reif und wir durften uns jederzeit im Gemüsegarten bedienen.
Der Ausblick vom Haus aufs Meer ist super und das Örtchen sehr ruhig. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Im Nachbarort Brsec gibt es zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen gut sortierten Supermarkt, für größere Einkäufe und weitere Restaurants fährt man ca. 15-30 Minuten.
Die Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto empfiehlt sich, auch wenn regelmäßig ein Bus durch den Ort fährt, der die Küstenorte miteinander verbindet.
Die Villa Maru hält, was die Bilder versprechen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
